孩子刚从东南亚乘飞机回到美国，到达当天即发现左眼发红，干涩有泪水。他自己用ChatGPT 聊天，AI 建议就用eye drop lubricant "Systane" 。孩子不愿去看医生，而且专科医生一下也很难约到。请问一下坛子里有朋友见过这种情况吗？
