My son and I tried Nature's Bounty® Immune 24 Hour + with Ester-C® softgels last week. We both noticed that we couldn't feel any effects from pollen when outdoors. We took one softgel every day or every two days.
My son developed allergies in the spring when he was in second grade. There were 2 kids in his classroom carrying inhalers, and one of them sat next to him.
