肠镜是preventive care 吗？医疗保险应该100％cover吗？

记得50 岁以上，可以每5年做一次肠镜（colonoscopy)，routine 检查。约好后，医生诊所电话留言说先交$1800。肠镜是preventive care, 应该是100％ cover吧。那里不对。大家有这样的经历吗？

我的Insurance 是United Healthcare. High deductible. 今年还没用过health insurance.
