求救：周日挖树， 使劲拔树根的时候听到右胸部内一声响，当时不疼

继续干活。

后来两天渐渐有点疼了。 今天第五天， 一使劲就疼。 使劲吸一下气都疼。

各位帮我看看是什么不对了
