Medicare Plan G doesn't cover prescription drugs, long-term care, routine dental,vision, or hearing care, plus you're responsible for the annual Medicare Part B deductible (around $257 in 2025), though after that, it covers nearly everything Original Medicare doesn't, making it very comprehensive for most medical costs.
