美国急诊中心分4级，退休后最好离1-2级的ER车距15-20分钟以内

美国的急诊中心应对心血管急症是分4个不同级别的，低级别的ER只能处理简单病情，复杂危重的还是要转到上级中心：https://www.heart.org/en/professional/quality-improvement/healthcare-certification/stroke-certification

每个州的Health Service官网能查到这4个级别ER的名单，比如德州：https://www.dshs.texas.gov/dshs-ems-trauma-systems/stroke-system-development/texas-stroke-facilities

同样，创伤中心Trauma ER也分4级：https://www.dshs.texas.gov/dshs-ems-trauma-systems/trauma-system-development/texas-trauma-facilities

有条件且体弱多病的尽量离1-2级住的近一些，对于急救来说，每一分每一秒都影响预后。
