关于子宫肌瘤的求助

各位姐妹帮帮忙，我的一个朋友最近查出有子宫肌瘤7cm X 7cm X 5cm
在子宫的后位（后面）
她不想开刀能有什么办法治疗吗（药物或者其他什么的）
她托我来文学城问一下，说在美国的朋友眼界广，懂得多，谢谢了。
