最后是 2012 年手术，C4/5/6/7 前面加了金属片，8 个螺丝。

10 多年过去了，基本没疼过，也没有落枕过。Rotate 有限制，用肩膀 compensate。脖子有前倾的迹象，平时多注意 posture。
