A:

You would have nerve entrapment with bilateral cervical stenosis and Dowager’s hump.

B:

For your case:

1.  The pain killer (the pain medication or the pain injection) will not work for you. Yes, if you have the injection, it might make the condition worse because you will freely do your normal physical activities at a daily basis and increase more stress in the cervical spine when you don’t feel pain in your brain.

2. Physical therapy might not work for you, either. Sometimes, the longer you do the treatments, the worse the symptoms.

3. Acupuncture treatment would ease your muscles but does not get into the root cause.

C:

1. You could find a quality Chiropractor in your location to help you. 2. You could  also find a quality therapeutic massage therapist or musculoskeletal specialist to help you if No.1 doesn’t work.

Don’t worry! You are going to be fine!

Good Luck!
