求问，右手食指尖麻木多日，如何解？

前两周左手腕扭伤，只能右手代理，即左右手腕皆有不同程度扭伤，经过不断贴icy hot pad/云南白药喷剂，现已好了很多，还是要小心。

前天用水果刀去青椒皮，都是右手食指用力，当晚发现食指尖麻木，没有在意，以为只是一时用力过度，过一晚就好，岂知过了两天还是同样食指尖麻木，应该是哪里的经脉错位导致的，求哪位懂医的教我如何动作，纠正这个神经压迫。
