她叫Tomiko Itooka，日本人；她之前最老的是一个西班牙人叫Maria Branyas Morera，去年八月去世时117。

两个都是吉尼斯认可的。

现在最老的将是Inah Canabarro Lucas，巴西人，比Tomiko Itooka晚生了十六天。
