Update一下：我两礼拜前来紧急求助过二十八岁女孩头痛头晕失语送急救，非常感谢各位的回复，

ER给她做了CT，MRI ,EGG 均未看到异常，验血没有病毒，细菌感染。住院一晚诊断complex migraine 出院，头痛出院时就好了，头晕是一礼拜慢慢恢复的。在大学医院检查说颈椎病引起的头晕，现在在等约专科医生看病。唉！现在的人怪病很多，是给新冠整的吧？
