最近得了怪病,(见内).有哪位大侠知道是什么问题吗?多谢.

最近得了怪病:手按左面耳朵附近时,有眩晕的感觉,甚至把耳机放入耳朵前接近耳朵时也极为不舒服,听到尖锐的声音脑子也不舒服. 做了脑部MRI 一切正常.医生也说不出什么来.

有哪位大侠知道是什么问题吗?多谢.
