I agree with the above.

猫狗都有 at least needs to have a repeat chemistry test. If serum K continues to be high and if the in vitro hemolysis can be ruled out, 猫狗都有 needs to see a nephrologist for further evaluation.

血钾过高 can be even life threatening, depending on how fast K rises up, how high K level is and aslo depending on other conditions such as low calcium, etc.
