请高人看一下CT检查报告，拜求建议!

家人发烧几个月，刚开始觉得前列腺发炎，下腹气胀，后来发现肚子发硬，肿大，用了红外线理疗仪后不烧了，肚子也在缩小，以前还有压痛都缓解，做了CT后结论是恶性肿瘤，还有转移，现在家医约了活检Pet-CT,加拿大公费医疗等待过程非常煎熬，请问还需要建议医生做什么检查，在等待过程中应该注意什么？
