With the mother: 保持着发酵过程中产生的微生物（益生菌）

Without the mother: 经过过滤灭菌

许多人认为前者更健康。

乍看觉得英文的Mother在这个语境下很怪，但仔细想想更常用的汉语词汇酵母中的母也就是这个意思。
