癌胚抗原（CEA)

最近回大陆体检发现癌胚抗原(CEA)偏高5.18, 请问我这种情况需不需要做PET-CT吗？
本人身体健康不抽烟不饮酒没有发现其他问题， 几个月前打过新冠疫苗亦患过新冠不知有没有影响
