惊魂未定，匪夷所思

明天要宴请几位老友，所以决定今天把冰箱里的剩菜吃完。

三种剩菜都是放在微波炉安全的玻璃饭盒中的。我没有用微波炉，因为不盖盖子担心菜的汁液四溅，又不想在微波炉中用塑料盖子，很久以来我都是用蒸锅来加热，当然不盖盖子。第一个菜冷水下蒸锅，开锅后热了大约七八分钟，热完后放在饭桌上，下面垫了一块木板隔热。第二个菜热水下锅，也热了七八分钟，也用同样的方法放在饭桌上。刚热完第三个菜，还没有从锅中拿出的时候，突然听到砰的一声，第一个饭盒突然爆炸了，炸得粉碎，玻璃碴飞起来，房间里到处都是，也飞进了第二个菜和两盘沙拉中。这时离出锅已经二十分钟左右，菜已经不那么热了，而且没盖盖子，毫无压力，这爆炸的动力从何而来？百思不得其解。

事后上网查了一下，玻璃器皿毫无道理地爆炸曾有发生，例如加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚的这个报道。

如果我们当时在吃饭，那岂不是会被炸伤？
