退热，应该买最普通的325毫克片剂，没有其它成份。

Liver warning: This product contains acetaminophen. The maximum daily dose of this product is 10 tablets (3,250 mg) in 24 hours for adults or 5 tablets (1,625 mg) in 24 hours for children. Severe liver damage may occur if

• adult takes more than 4,000 mg of acetaminophen in 24 hours
• child takes more than 5 doses in 24 hours, which is the maximum daily amount
• taken with other drugs containing acetaminophen
• adult has 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product

 

这类药最好在药房买小包装，便于携带，随时服用。也安全！

大包装适合以止痛为目的的患者，但每天总剂量难于控制，成为”肝损”的帮凶。

尤其使用Extra Strength (500mg), 容易超量。

 

退热，应该慢慢来，从小剂量开始。目地在于控制体温不超过38.5C，而不是通过药物强迫体温回到正常。

快速退烧会脱汗，导致身体虚弱，对治病无益。

 

止痛，则要一次用足量才有效果，成人应服二片325x2。
