头晕怎么回事？ 坐这儿觉的有点眩晕，感觉好似不平衡

几年前有过一次有耳朵引起的眩晕，感觉天旋地转，休息一下好了。这次感觉的头晕没有那么严重。

平时也没有头晕的症状。 48 岁女性。
