请再帮我看看我心脏的检查报告 - 谢谢

没想到今年的年检问题多多。LVEF 降低，右心室收缩功能降低。这个问题严重吗？需要吃药吗？做了stress test, 结果正常。服用Q10会有帮助吗？

HISTORY: Abnormal EKG ischemia.

RATE AND RHYTHM: Normal sinus.

IMAGE QUALITY: Satisfactory.

CHAMBER STRUCTURE AND SYSTOLIC FUNCTION

Left Ventricle: Normal dimension, and wall thickness. LVEF is 48% by Simpson's. No regional wall motion abnormality.

Left Atrium: Normal dimension based on volume index.

Right Ventricle: TAPSE mildly reduced at 14 mm suggesting decreased systolic function. Right Atrium: Normal dimension.

DIASTOLIC FUNCTION: Normal. VALVULAR STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION Mitral Valve: Normal structure. No stenosis or regurgitation.

Aortic Valve: Normal trileaflet structure. No stenosis or regurgitation.

Tricuspid Valve: Normal structure. No stenosis or significant regurgitation.

Pulmonic Valve: Normal structure. No stenosis or regurgitation.

PULMONARY ARTERIAL PRESSURE: Insufficient TR for assessment of RVSP. Normal central venous pressure estimate of 3 mmHg based on appearance of the IVC.

Effusions: No pleural or pericardial effusion.

Aorta: The base/root measures 25 mm. The ascending aorta measures 31 mm.

Other: None.

IMPRESSION Depressed LVEF and depressed right ventricular systolic function.
