一位五十多岁男士，吃米饭胃疼，带水的面条也疼

平时不吃东西的时候有时疼，有时不疼。以前做过胃镜没有查出有问题，医院也找不到疼痛和消瘦的原因。是国内人，不怎么进食长期下去肯定不行，身体抵抗力低下，吃东西又胃痛，该怎么办呢？
