请大家帮忙看看ultrasound结果

早上刚做了腹部ultrasound，别的都很好，但好像有胆结石。这个需要做手术拿掉吗？谢谢！

Gallbladder: There is a 5 mm mobile intraluminal gallstone and a small sludge ball within the gallbladder lumen. Negative sonographic Murphy sign. No wall thickening.
