有人常喝Ginger Shot吗？

在欧洲的一个旅馆吃早餐时发现一个叫做Ginger shot的饮料，成分是鲜姜、鲜柠檬、本地有机蜂蜜，装在小酒杯中，但不含酒精。

我觉得挺好喝的，不知道有没有朋友常喝？是否对健康有益？
