Upper wisdom teeth removal

上面智齿牙根长进了sinus cavity，如果拔掉会有亇洞，医生说会补上. 回来后还是有些担心, 第一次听说这种情况,不知大家有没有类似情况,会不会有什么risk。这种情况很罕见吗？或者有医生朋友帮忙指点一下,万分感谢!
