请教：得心冠了，噪子疼

55+，得新冠6天了，4天之后就不发烧了，但是噪子总是像刀割一样疼，去urgent care 看，开了止咳药，让用盐水漱口。现在偶尔咳嗽一下，无痰，吞咽很疼，嗓子还是像刀割一样的疼。请教一下这种症状正常吗？有什么药可以缓解吗？ 谢谢
