我父亲94岁也感染，家里只有他和保姆两人。

发烧四天，烧到38度以上时就服一颗国内的泰诺酚麻美敏片（这是手头唯一的退烧药），退热效果还不错，每天只用了一颗。现在已经连续两天体温正常了，食欲还好，没有咳嗽和喉咙痛，但躺下时喉咙里会有呼呼的响声，保姆用手机视频让我听了一下，感觉有点像小孩小时候得支气管炎时情况，昨天就开始上了抗菌素（安必仙)，一天过去了，症状没什么改善。在这里请教一下大家，这种情况会是肺炎吗？谢谢
