最近刚刚照了neck MRI, 因为左肩会时不时的痛，而且偶尔的头痛眼睛痛也是发生在左边，所以医生怀疑是由颈椎引起的。
片子拍下来的结论如下：
C6-7 severe left neural foraminal narrowing with disc osteophyte complexes impinging on the exiting left C7 nerve root. Mild spinal canal and right neural foraminal narrowing.
C5-6 mild spinal canal narrowing as a result of central disc herniation with the disc abutting the anterior cord. Mild left foraminal narrowing.
我去看了医生，他只是简单地说我现在不用做手术，如果想修复，这个问题只能做手术，其他没有解决办法。我想请问有没有有过类似问题的人分享一下。要是没有什么需要注意的地方。或者是还有没有其他的保守疗法，可以帮助缓解。我也不是特别清楚为什么我会有这种问题，非常感谢！
