请求建议怎样对付晚上干咳

我女儿上个星期二下学回家开始发烧102，然后第二天烧退了。  但是开始干咳，没有痰。 白天不怎么咳嗽

一到了晚上睡觉的时候咳的停不下来。  好痛苦啊。  我们吃过外国的Nyquil, Delsym, 都不管用。 请各位

分享一下经验你们是怎么度过的。  我们去看urgent care, 也叫我们回家继续吃西药。
