got Covid, only went to see foliage for a few days, mostly outdoors.  The only exposure is dining at restaurants.  The exposure is so much shorter!  Yeh, I would say, the vaccine does offer a lot of protection from being infected; of course, unless you are under consistent and persistent exposure.  Most of us didn't show any symptoms until the 10th day and after.
