想给老人买点蛋白粉，买哪种比较好？

我妈长期吃素，连蛋奶都不怎么吃，想给她寄点蛋白粉，大家有推荐的吗？以前给她买过Ensure，现在不知为何到处都没货，看到Costco有卖蛋白粉，是那种给work out 的人用的，我看里面的乳清蛋白质含量很高，这种可以给老人吃吗？谢谢！
