我和先生从测到排卵那天起开始工作-It's too late then. Should start working 2 days before 排卵.

Also, if you check temporature, once your temporature rises, you have already 排卵. And it's too late. You need to work 1 or 2 days before 排卵, not after. Sperms can survive 2 days. Eggs can't.
