打第4针辉瑞Covid Vaccine有用吗,有风险吗?

I want to travel to Europe for vacation. I am thinking about getting my 4th Covid vaccine taken. Does it help? Is it safe to take it. I had bad reaction to it  when taking the 3rd dose.
