5. 但从各位网友的回复来看，共6位网友告知了他们的经历，只有2位只付了药钱，其他4位还是付了些copay，coinsurance等等。所以完全执行了Affordable Care Act 的保险公司还是少数。
6. 我的理解是，如果没有其他的complications, 只是用肠镜检查结肠，摘息肉，息肉送检，作为preventive care 的 colonoscopy screening, 病人应该只付清肠的药钱。

11. 搜索中有人提到做肠镜把肠子捅破了，所以找个好的医生还是很重要的。不光是受罪的问题，抢救费用肯定不能算作preventive care, 到时各种deductible, copay, coinsurance 都是你应该付的。当然日后打官司可能要回来。
