Dr. Russell Blaylock is a nationally recognized, board-certified neurosurgeon, health practitioner, author, and lecturer. He attended the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his internship and neurosurgical residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C. For 25 years, he has practiced neurosurgery and after retirement had a nutritional practice for several years. He retired from his neurosurgical duties in 2000 to devote his full attention to neuroscience, nutritional studies and research.
