Where to buy 黄连上清片?

I'm in urgent need of 黄连上清片. Tried to buy it online but all of them are shipped from China which takes two month to deliver. Anyone here knows where I can buy it in the USA? I'm in Wisconsin. Thank you so much in advance for your help.
