Expphytic 3.0 cm fatty mass off the lower pole cortex of the right kidney is unchanged, compatible with an angiomyolipoma. Suspicious enchancing solid renal mass is seen. The visualized opacified ureters and urinary bladder are normal in appearance
Impression:
Solidary 1mm lower pole right renal stone, unchanged."
