父亲糖尿病，一只眼黄斑病变，最近两腿血栓

左腿医生说是陈旧性血栓，右腿是新的，而且有四厘米大。另外有长期脉管炎，做过下肢支架。医生给 Rivaroxaban 利伐沙班片 融栓。

我查到这个药很容易引起视网膜出血和黄斑病变，很担心。请问各位有没有好的建议。父亲79岁，基础病多。
