什么样的蛋白粉适合老年人？

国内的父母年纪大了，牙齿不好了，很多东西都会吃不动。感觉营养跟不上，体重也下降。想买点蛋白粉寄去，最好是不含糖的。请问大家有什么好牌子的蛋白粉推荐吗？还有就是老人可以吃蛋白粉么？先谢啦。
