请教：左腹不明隆起可能是什么？

在校生，忽然发现左腹有隆起，离肚挤眼垂直距离大约11厘米处（身高169）。大部分时间无感，在某些姿势会感到不适。学校health service 约到3月份了，想问问可能是什么问题（几天前曾有过便秘，现已正常）， 需要立即求医吗？多谢！
