请推荐能保持全面营养和加强免疫力的Frozen Vegetable /Fruit组合

美加货车司机不打疫苗不让入境，村里一些超市Produce货架空了。计划吃一阵子Frozen Vegetables.

囤的三文鱼，鸡蛋还能顶两周。

除了Edamame，玉米，胡萝卜，青豆，蓝莓，石榴，蔓越莓，还有哪些推荐？

绿叶蔬菜不奢望了。 

还有就是，冰天雪地如何室内种菜。
