请问皮肤长小红疹

今早突然发现前腹部和胸部有小红点，不疼不痒，（或者少许痒，不关注没感觉）。因为没感觉，不知道是今天冒出还是有好几天了。最近没换洗衣液沐浴液牌子，也没吃什么特别的食物，辉瑞疫苗第二针7月初打完了。请问会是什么问题，需要看医生吗？或者发展到什么程度需要去看医生？谢谢！
