【求建议】自从政府实施疫苗护照，teenage扛不住了，要打针。

严重影响了社交活动，只能打针。快一年了，各种疫苗的效果副作用已经有比较多的数据，如果这个时候打，是不是应该选J&J，副作用少些？还是熬一下看Novamax能不能年底前出来？
