Abnormal ECG -- 这个心电图的结果严重吗？有必要做Stress test?

Incomplete right bundle branch block

Septal infarct (cited on or before 11-MAY-2020)

 

When compared with ECG of 11-MAY-2020 08:50,

T wave amplitude has increased in Inferior leads

T wave inversion less evident in Lateral leads

 

Ventricular Rate: 71 BPM

P-R Interval: 140 ms

QRS Duration: 116 ms

Q-T Interval: 450 ms

QTC Calculation(Bazett): 489 ms

P Axis: 73 degrees

R Axis: 71 degrees

T Axis: 78 degrees
