肝指标

我这次体检查了很多肝指标。其他都很正常。但是乙肝报告有四个"reactions"（见图）。不知道要紧吗？医生说。要每半年作个B  超。这次的B超，体检有很多肝囊肿要紧吗？谢谢any feedbackS
