should check viral infection , hepaitis A,  CMV, EB viral infection, herpes, if negative, then may be  from any medications?

sometiems may not have etiologies confirmed, if trending down over the time, then continues to monitor, if keeps normal, likely from certain vrial infection. don't have to worry too much.

should have ultrasound to rule out any gallbladder, bile duct problems.
