这种牙齿的问题能做吗？

我家孩子写的：I really want to fix whatever jaw/teeth alignment weirdness I have. It's been bothering me for quite a while and the longer I wait to start, the longer it'll take to fix.

他已经纠结了几年要去整形，说是上下牙齿咬合不能重合，从我们外表看起来没问题。我们担心把好好的牙和脸整坏了。
