请教，牙医说我４个智齿都要拔，我应该是４个一起拔还是２个２个拔？好紧张

每次洗牙牙医都要我拔智齿，这次躲不掉了，因为４个智齿都有蛀牙，请拔过４智齿的勇士提供经验，是４个一起拔是不是更好些，省得折腾２次？还是２个２个拔？有何注意事项？谢谢。
