braces

Hi:
One tooth broken and needs to be extracted. The dentist said that I can use braces to move around other teeth, and no need to do implant (I have 4 wise teeth). Insurence does not cover braces for adults. Implant is about $3000 - $5000, and braces is about $5000. Which one should I do?
