牙蛀了，牙医说是Inplant的问题，咨询晓雨等牙医

昨天去洗牙，医生说紧靠Inplant的牙蛀了，还说Boston Inplant Center做的Inplant大部分都出现同样问题，上大下小，上面的牙缝很细，但是下面牙缝特别宽，食物残渣很容易留在里面，说没有办法补救，只能一天用三次牙线，每吃完一次饭或东西都要用牙线，否则就很容易蛀牙。
来美国二十多年第一次发生蛀牙的问题，很郁闷。
我其实已经每天刷三次牙了，只是牙线只用一次。也经常用漱口水，结果还是发生问题。
